Coaches are sourced from the local badminton scene and the PC has assembled, arguably, the best coaching team in Gloucestershire. Some have been coaching for years and others have grown into coaching with either their clubs, BG County or BG Performance. All are assessed as part of their suitability at the performance centre. All have achieved success on court and continue to compete.

BG Performance has an ethos of growing from within and offers sponsorship to a limited number of full PC members to become Level 1 or level 2 coaches.
